-The health of bees are most important to us. We work with small and family owned beekeepers who only collect honey when it’s beneficial to the hives.
-Healthy natural resources mean healthy bees, therefore we make an effort to support protect and conserve the natural areas around the hives.
Furthermore, we pay special attention to limiting waste by creating sustainable packaging that is healthy for you and the environment.
Learn MorePrep Time: 20 Minutes Cook Time: 10 Minutes Total Time: 30 Minutes Ingredients: 1/2 cup flour 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup melted butter 1 whole egg 1 egg white 1 tablespoon honey 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Directions: Step 1: Preheat oven to 375 F and butter Madeline mould. Step 2: In a big bowl, mix the flour and sugar. In a separate bowl add the butter, egg, egg yolk, vanilla and honey and whisk to mix. Add the wet ingredients to the flour bowl. Whisk until evenly mixed. Step 3: Pour the batter into the molds. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and firm to touch. Leave it out to cool before you serve. Enjoy!
Prep Time: 10 Minutes Cook Time: 30 Minutes Total Time: 40 Minutes Ingredients: 2 1/2 cups of all purpose flour 1/2 cup whole milk or milk of your choice 3 eggs 3/4 cup of olive oil 2 tablespoons baking powder 1/2 tablespoon sea salt 1 cup of honey 1 tablespoon vanilla extract Directions: Step 1, Preheat oven to 325 F. Step 2, In a mixing bowl stir the flour, baking powder and salt. Step 3, In a separate small bowl whisk the oil, honey, vanilla and eggs until smoothly blended. Then pour them into the bowl that has the flour. Stir until it blends. Step 4, Grease the pan. Pour the batter in the pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Let it cool before serving. Enjoy!
